This project was based around customer-facing email redesign, the goal was to create a seamless visual link between their marketing communications and the newly redesigned member credit report experience.
Having led the redesign of the credit report area of the site, I extended the same visual system into email, applying the full colour palette, refined typography, and structured layout principles to ensure consistency across touchpoints. Bringing the brands colour palette into play, we created a distinct style, which could be used throughout the brands colour scheme, to create on brand designs, that don't feel repetitive.
The result was a more cohesive brand experience, strengthening recognition and trust while elevating the clarity and impact of key messaging within their CRM journey.
